Chiropractor Mark Frideres, DC, CCSP

Mark Frideres BS, DC, CCSP is a graduate of the esteemed Palmer College of Chiropractic. He brings knowledge in the most recent and proven techniques of Chiropractic for the Nevada IA community. Results orientated care will involve a multitude of chiropractic techniques often specific to patient needs including Gonstead, Diversified, Activator, and Thompson methods. Dr. Frideres also incorporates nutritional and physiotherapy considerations into patient care.

Dr. Frideres is very active in many Nevada activities. He is an active member of St Patricks Catholic parish where he has served on the parish council and finance committees. He is the President of Eastern Story County Toastmasters He is a past president of the Nevada Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers for Pack 128, Nevada Library, Nevada Schools, and the City of Nevada.

No bio of Dr. Frideres would be complete without listing his greatest gift: his family. His wife, Meg, teaches at Nevada High School and they have three children: Elliot, Nicholas, & Lillian.
