Sports Injury Chiropractic Care in Nevada, Iowa
Recover Faster. Move Better. Stay Active.
Sports injuries can interrupt your routine, limit your mobility, and keep you from doing the activities you enjoy. Whether you are a high school athlete, weekend runner, golfer, cyclist, lifter, or active adult, the right care can help you recover safely and reduce the risk of future setbacks.
At Frideres Chiropractic Clinic in Nevada, Iowa, Dr. Mark Frideres provides targeted chiropractic care for sports injuries and activity related pain. We help patients throughout Nevada, Ames, Story County, Colo, Maxwell, Huxley, and nearby communities.
How Can Chiropractic Care Help a Sports Injury?
Sports and exercise place repeated stress on the body. Running, lifting, jumping, throwing, swinging, and cycling all require proper joint motion and muscle balance.
When one area is restricted or irritated, nearby joints and muscles often compensate. That can lead to pain, stiffness, inflammation, and repeat injuries.
Chiropractic care helps by restoring better alignment, improving joint mobility, reducing tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing process. The goal is not just to reduce pain, but to help you move better and return to activity with more confidence.

Frideres Chiropractic Clinic helps patients with common sports and activity related conditions, including:
-

Pain that lasts more than a few days
-
Pain that returns when you exercise

Testimonials
"I have suffered migraines for years. I still do, but if I have Dr. Frideres give me an adjustment at early onset of the pain, the pain subsides almost immediately without having to take the doctor prescribed migraine medicine that makes me feel almost just as awful as the migraine. Thank you Dr. Fideres! You help me to keep up with my busy family and lifestyle."
